Risk Disclosure

Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. Read this before you trade

Trading crypto assets and moving value across chains is risky. This page describes the main risks of using Unstable. It is not exhaustive. If you do not understand a risk, do not trade.

Unstable is served only from its official domains — unstabletrade.com and unstabletrd.com (including their www. subdomains). Both are operated by the same team and serve the same interface. Any other domain presenting this interface is an unauthorized copy: do not connect a wallet or sign anything there.

2. You can lose funds

Mistakes can cause irreversible loss — a wrong recipient address, an offer you misread, or a premium you did not mean to accept. You may lose the funds you commit to a trade.

3. Non-custodial and irreversible

You control your own wallet and keys, and every transaction you sign is final. Transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us. We never take custody of your funds.

4. Smart contract risk

Trades settle through smart contracts. They have been audited, verified, and bytecode-matched on-chain, and built with care — but no software is free of risk. Bugs, exploits, or unexpected interactions could result in loss of funds.

5. Price and premium risk

Makers set their own premiums, from 0% up to 10,000%. Unstable does not set, influence, endorse, or recommend any price. A high premium means you pay far more than face value for immediacy. The all-in rate is shown before you sign, and extreme fills require an explicit confirmation — but the decision to accept a price is entirely yours.

6. Settlement and desk-liveness risk

Delivery depends on an automated settlement agent being available. If it is delayed or offline, your payment stays in escrow and is not lost: it fail-closes to a refund, and after the on-chain timeout you can reclaim it yourself. Delivery time is not guaranteed.

7. Cross-chain risk

Trades move value between Ethereum and the Arc Network. Congestion, reorgs, RPC outages, or network-specific behavior can delay or affect a trade. You are responsible for using the correct chain and recipient address.

8. Fees are non-refundable

The 3% service fee is earned on settlement and is not refunded. Network gas fees you pay to the blockchain are likewise non-refundable.

9. Regulation and taxes are your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and for any taxes you owe. The availability of the interface in your location is not a determination that your use is lawful there.

10. No advice

Nothing in the interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell anything. You trade at your own discretion and risk.
